When I was turning 16 years old my mom and dad wanted to throw me a giant party. Though the party would've been fun, I asked them for a nice camera instead. I had fallen in love with the beauty and surprise of photographic images, and I would never look back.
It was in that first year that I was asked to shoot my first wedding. And since then I have had the honor of capturing over 150 marriage ceremonies. I have also had wonderful opportunities to work as a photographic editor, manager of a portraiture studio, and as an architectural photographer.
Photography is certainly my passion, and it's this passion that I want to bring to you and to every wedding that I am privileged to be a part of. Having been married to my husband, Nathan, for almost nine years, I know how precious the memories of your wedding are. The day goes by so fast. My goal is to use a photojournalistic approach to capture the story of your day. These moments are about you - your emotions, your love. They should never fade.
